  • Ingredients

    • 1 chicken breast cutlet
    • 1 diced onion
    • 1 big potato sliced
    • 1 diced tomato
    • 60 g grated Mozzarella
    • 1/2 cheese to grill like the Doré-Mi
    • 8 fresh basil leaves
    • 1 cup (250 ml) Tomato sauce
    • Salt & Pepper

    Preparation

    • Cook the chicken cutlet and the onion in a skillet, long enough for the colors to change.
    • Place the ingredients alternately in a Mason style glass jar of 500 ml capacity: tomato sauce, chicken, onion, basil leaves, Mozzarella and Doré-Mi, potatoes, salt and pepper.
    • When the jar is full, place lid, close and shake well. Place in a big pot of boiling water covering the jar up to the rim and let cook for 60 minutes. After the cooking time, take the pot out using tongs and let cool.

*The measurements and quantities are approximate as the goal is to fill the pot.

    Enjoy!
