Rustic soup with pork and tomato

Ingredients
- 1 diced pork loin or pork chop
- 1/4 diced onion
- 1/4 stalk of celery, diced
- 1 diced carrot
- 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
- 80 g diced tomato
- 30 g dry noodles
- Parsley, basil, thyme: to taste
- Chicken broth
Preparation
- Place the ingredients in a Mason style glass jar of 500 ml capacity. Add the chicken broth to the rim. Place lid, close and shake.
- Place in a big pot of boiling water covering the jar up to the rim and let cook for 45 minutes. After the cooking time, take the pot out using tongs and let cool.
*The measurements and quantities are approximate as the goal is to fill the pot.
