Sea Hotpot
Recipe Quebec Outfitters Camp 4 - 2015 – week 1, episode 40

Ingredients
- 4 big shrimps cut in half along the length
- 25 g scallops
- 60 g diced haddock
- 50 g diced cheddar cheese
- 10 g diced celery
- 15 g diced carrot
- 10 g finely chopped onion
- 10 g sliced leek
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) commercial packaged béchamel sauce
- 15 g diced potatoes
- Condensed milk – to fill the pot up to the line under the cover
- Salt & pepper
Preparation
- Place the ingredients alternately in a Mason style glass jar of 500 ml capacity. Place lid and close.
- Place in a big pot of boiling water covering the jar up to the rim and let cook for 45 minutes. After the cooking time, take the pot out using tongs and let cool.
The measurements and quantities are approximate as the goal is to fill the pot. Replace the shrimp by lobster or the haddock by halibut. It is to your liking.
