This week, the tireless Quebec Outfitters Camp team heads north to the Pourvoirie Chenail du Nord near Forestville on Quebec’s North Shore. Within these pristine lands, which are as scenic as they are blessed with abundant wildlife, we observe and hunt the black bears for which the outfitter is renowned, as well as try our luck with the northern brook trout that thrive in the region’s waters!
